Who is my potential new employer?

BM Green Cooling is a company based in Schwarzenbruck near Nürnberg that specializes in the industrial air conditioning of operating facilities, control cabinets and data centers. The 25-strong team has been working in the paper, clean room and IT industries for years in order to be able to offer well-engineered solutions. From the air conditioning of individual rooms, to sub-processes in production, up to completely coordinated air conditioning and cooling solutions for the entire company – with our dynamic team we realize the most demanding customer wishes!

Service manager for refrigeration and air conditioning, full-time

Summary

Do you have experience in customer relations and enjoy communication? As a service manager, you can contribute your strengths. You will be in charge of highly exciting projects and will be responsible for customer relations.

Your tasks

Ensure the optimal deployment planning and proof of work
Answer customer inquiries about services
Ensure the continuous optimization of workflows within the organizational unit
Lead a technical and commercial service team

Your qualifications

Successfully completed apprenticeship in the field of ventilation and refrigeration technology
Equivalent to the German master craftsman/craftswoman in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning or electrical engineering
High level of disposition and organisational skills
Comprehensive knowledge of the design of heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems
High customer and service orientation
Relevant experience in preparation of offers and personnel management
Official driving licence class B
